Middle Java Engineer (offline) $3000-3500

About project:

Scope of Work:
• Working on the core transactional system
• Working on new microservices for data connectivity

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in backend development in Java
• Experience with design and consumption of REST-based APIs
• Experience with non-relational databases
• Familiar with IT security concepts and best practices
• Experience in test-driven development
• Working experience in agile environments
• Familiarity with microservices architectures
• Experience with Docker
• Strong Intermediate/Upper-intermediate English
Nice to have:
• Experience or interest in Machine Learning/Data architecture
• Experience with Vert.x a huge plus
• Experience in building reactive event-based systems is a big plus
• Experience in financial software is a big plus
• Experience in DevOps methodology (Knowledge of Ansible is a big plus
