Product Manager / Wildix (offline) $1500-4000

Wildix is looking for a Strong Middle / Senior Product Manager to join our team in Odessa to work on an innovative Real-Time Collaboration Platform including Audio / Video calls, Geo Location, Conferencing, and Chat

Skills and qualifications:

3+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
Web and mobile products management experience (ideally SaaS)
Exceptional problem analysis and problem-solving capabilities
Strong requirements management and requirements engineering
Extensive knowledge of business analysis techniques
You are a self-starter who is getting things done consistently
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong verbal and written English (at least B2)


A big plus, but not required:

Practical knowledge of risk analysis
Experience in hypothesis testing and A/B testing
Understanding of UX/UI best practices
Technical background


Responsibilities:

Collaborate with PM team to define product strategy and roadmap
Develop, negotiate and finalize business requirements documents
Drive features specification and execution to results and manage outcomes
Prioritize work items, define functional and non-functional requirements
Work closely with the design team to define UX/UI solutions
Work on product messaging, marketing, and positioning
Conduct customer development activities and competitors analysis
Actively participate in daily project team meetings and brainstorming activities
Gather feedback to improve features and the requirements gathering process
Evaluate business analysis processes and continuously improve them
Establish and follow requirements lifecycle process
Care about continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
