Customer support manager (night shift) (offline)

Currently, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team of 24/7 support and contribute to the top-class service for current and prospective users. You will be the first point of contact for anyone who enters the platform and seeks assistance in creating a website.

Responsibilities:
- Support users on their way to creating a website — via chat and email.
- Offer help proactively and upsell services.
- Provide technical assistance with connecting domains, setting up an online store, etc., and troubleshoot any issues that may occur along the way.
- Report bugs to the development team and take ownership of their resolution.
- Write Help Center articles.

Requirements:
- English — advanced/fluent. You should be able to communicate in English in real-time without delays.
- Good Russian and Ukrainian written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills: the ability to listen, understand and clarify users' needs plus work with dissatisfied customers.
- Ability to make split-second decisions independently based on company policies and guidelines.
- Multi-tasking: you may be handling multiple chats simultaneously and will need to process each of them with equal dedication.
