You will join Auditdata’s Customer Success department as an implementation manager for data and BI solutions. This is a new specialized area within this department and thus provides lots of interesting opportunities for growth and development. You will work directly with customers and your colleagues all over the world. In parallel you will help to onboard new customers to our new products.


Your responsibilities will include:

- Active communication with Auditdata customers in a consultative manner
- Play a role of implementation manager when it comes to reports, BI and Data conversion
- Solving support tickets related to reports, dashboards and data organization
- Become an expert in reports / dashboards capability across Auditdata products
- Translate customers business requirements into BI and analytical solutions
- Ensure full integration across solutions with a continuously high level of data quality, valid KPI definitions and reporting
- Execute within both front-end and back-end environments
- Develop, document and maintain analytical data model, calculations and KPI definitions
- Develop, document and maintain reports and visualizations solution parts
- Be up to date on various reporting tools, their possibilities and limitations


OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE IS/HAS

- Minimum 3 years of experience with implementation of BI/Data analysis together with Customers
- Experience working directly with customer.
- Experience with:
Reporting tools e.g. DevExpress, SSRS, Microsoft Power BI, Crystal
Reports or similar
Skilled in Microsoft SQL server, SQLite
Visual Studio
- Can transform complex business rules and data structures/definitions into user friendly analytical reporting and data conversion in dialogue with the customer.
- Can keep and change focus whether it is on a high or detailed level – implementing changes across all solution parts and environments as well as minor changes
- Fast learner and drive to acquire new knowledge in your job
- Strong data modelling skills, can work with data definitions on an extended level
- Education in Business Intelligence, Information systems, Computer Sciences, Data Science, IT or equivalent, or similar academic qualifications as well as relevant university degree (minimum Bachelor’s)
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Fluent written and spoken English language
- Team player, who can work well with other team members and across teams


Will be a plus:

Domain knowledge within clinical management
Experience with Azure
Experience with AzureDevOps
Familiarity with Integration & Analysis Services, Databricks
Experience working with both relational, multidimensional and tabular data modeling
Experience with data governance
