Technical support specialist (offline)

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced PC user
• Fluency in Russian and spoken English
• Knowledge and experience of working with office programs
• Sociability, politeness and friendliness

Will be a plus:

• Great interpersonal and business correspondence skills
• Desire to learn about new technologies
Responsibilities:
• Telephone communication with customers / users of our product - a mobile app (with Russian-speaking clients and native English speakers)
• Technical support for users by phone
