Technical support specialist (offline)

Requirements:

β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills
β€’ Advanced PC user
β€’ Fluency in Russian and spoken English
β€’ Knowledge and experience of working with office programs
β€’ Sociability, politeness and friendliness

Will be a plus:

β€’ Great interpersonal and business correspondence skills
β€’ Desire to learn about new technologies
Responsibilities:
β€’ Telephone communication with customers / users of our product - a mobile app (with Russian-speaking clients and native English speakers)
β€’ Technical support for users by phone
