Senior Data Analyst - People Analytics (offline)

Wix’s People Analytics team. We’re creative and proactive people within HR, who use data and analytics to make smarter, strategic and informed decisions. We partner with our global HR team and managers to help answer day-to-day questions as well as helping with strategic planning by creating our dashboards and ad-hoc analysis.

You are:
You have at least 5 years of experience in quantitative analysis (Excel, SQL), visualization (Tableau or Power BI) and you never give up trying to quantify the unquantifiable.

Passionate about people and data and curious about learning new ways to help our fast growth in Ukraine and other locations. You’re an excellent communicator and you can work independently and deliver your analysis clearly and effectively.

If you have experience in HR analytics - that’s an advantage.

As a Senior Data Analyst at People Analytics, you will:

- Be a focal point of the Ukrainian and global People Analytics team
- Work with internal partners including O&D, Wellbeing, Recruitment and HR line teams
- Advice on current market trends related to People Analytics in Ukraine
- Analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations on recruiting processes in Ukraine based on collected data
- Create dashboards and reports, define key metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported
