IT Recruiter (offline)

Hard Skills (must have)
• 2-3 years of proven work experience as an IT Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter);
• Work experience in sourcing, coordinating, screening, and interviewing candidates;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong decision-making skill;
• Service-oriented and flexible;
• Upper-intermediate level of English.

Nice to have
• Psychology or HRM education.

Responsibilities
• Performing full recruitment cycle;
• Source and recruit candidates using various search methods and techniques;
• Work closely with hiring managers throughout the whole recruiting process;
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
