Manual QA Engineer (offline)

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (technical)
• 2+ years of successful software manual testing experience
• Cross-browser testing experience (Chrome, Safari, FireFox, IE, etc.)
• Experience in creation of test cases and test plans
• Experience in creation of checklists
• Ability to analyze requirements and create test scenarios based on it
• Experience with test management tools
• Understanding of Defect Life Cycle
• Ability to work in the Agile (Scrum) methodology
• Participation in team projects
• Software development process knowledge
• Passionate about technology and testing methodologies
• Eager learner of new technologies and systems
• Written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Team player attitude

Would be a plus:
• Core programming skills: data structures and algorithms
• Good verbal and written communication English skills (Intermediate level)


Responsibilities:
• Create and execute test cases for web applications
• Develop test plans
• Perform regression testing
• Report problems in a bug tracking system and follow-up towards resolution
• Continuous communication with all members of a SCRUM team
