Tech Lead at FinTech Startup (offline)

Your responsibilities:
— lead technical briefings and business requirement gathering sessions
— creating product design and architecture from scratch
— developing the product from scratch
— providing efficient technical solutions
— maintain and develop engineering culture

Requirements:
— 5+ years of relevant industry experience
— 2+ years in a relevant position
— proven experience of building architecture and launching projects from scratch
— strong programmer skills, knowledge of system design and solutions architecture
— strong knowledge of integration patterns and implementation for integration with 3rd-party services
— experience with SQL and non relational database design
— experience with clouds platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
— experience with CI/CD pipelines
— experience with data streaming solutions implementation
— experience with leading and managing the team
— the ability to solve technical problems
— strong sense of responsibility, attention to details and discipline
— good communication, organizational and time-management skills
— intermediate+ level of English

Nice to have:
— experience of CRM, KYC and payment solutions integration
— fintech domain experience
