Internal Technical Support Engineer (offline)

We are looking for a talented engineer to join our internal support team to provide the best support for CloudLinux employees, remote and full time.

The position implies direct communication with employees via the ticketing system and/or messengers, resolve issues, monitor and update IT infrastructure, deploy new software products.

Responsibilities:


Technical users support, including remote users
Work closely with innumerous number of different software products, environments, and cloud infrastructure
Engage directly with employees, make sure they’re happy and have no issues with IT infrastructure
Implement scripts for automation routine tasks
Monitoring and management of servers and network equipment
Installation of the system software, OSes, third-party software
Diagnostics and problems solution in the network
Manage users access to company resources
Attlassian family products administration
VPN, domain, DNS records administration

Technical requirements:

Knowledge of Linux OS family (Cloudlinux, Ubuntu, RHEL, OEL)
Knowledge of networking bases (including TCP\IP stack)
Knowledge of the principles of DNS, DHCP, RDP, VPN, FTP, HTTP
Understanding of domain architecture
Skills of configuring and administering network equipment.
Skills of configuring and administering monitoring system
