Requirements:
Our perfect candidate:
- has at least 2+ yrs of experience with MongoDB
- is a JS expert
- has ReactJS or ReactNative experience
- has NodeJS experience
- has at least Upper-Intermediate English

Nice-to-haves:
- VideoJS experience
- FFmpeg experience
- AWS experience
- Swift or Kotlin experience

Responsibilities:
- lead company's R&D, which includes many video-related features and also possibly NGNIX, NFTs
- help lead a team of 3-7 developers
- code review and some mentoring
