A worldwide known FMCG company is looking for IT System Administrator.
Requirements: proven experience as a System Administrator / Network Administrator / IT Specialist / HelpDesk Specialist or similar role – at least 3 years; solid experience in dealing with end-users; strong analytical and problem solving skills; team-oriented, self-motivated, hands-on and flexible personality; english level – at least Intermediate.
Teach knowledges required: clients: MAC OS X, Windows, UNIX; help-desk systems like: Jira, Service Now; MS Office 365; troubleshooting Laptops, PC, Smartphones, Tables, etc. small electronics; networking experiences with support skills (active\passive equipment); JAMF; AirWatch; Nexthink; Azure AD.
Responsibilities: organizes and manage the company's work by implementing the best server and network solutions; supervise performance and maintain systems according to requirements; ensures security through access controls, backups and firewalls; updates the technical base of the company and the introduction of modern methods and means of information processing; coordinates end-user device roll out, device replacement cycles (included peripherals) and mobile devices; troubleshoots hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues; develops expertise to train staff on security and new technologies; coordinates the RMA process; supports local Finance Manager in terms of IT budget planning; remote IT support to local users; remote Supervision of IT Specialist.
