FasterPay is looking for technical candidates who want to level up their careers in the fintech and e-commerce industry. If you are a tech-savvy problem solver and have experience in platform or software integration, we are hiring a Technical Support Engineer to join our new technical team in Kyiv

I. Responsibilities
- Review the technical integration of our merchants and make sure integration follows all of the necessary guidelines;
- Develop software integration solutions, integration flows, web services, and API;
- Add new capabilities to the API/SDK as needed to meet merchants’ requirements;
- Provide friendly and excellent technical support to our new and existing merchants by assisting them with any technical and integration-related questions;
- Come up with creative solutions to technical issues and integration requirements;
- Review our partners’ products and come up with the optimal monetization solutions and lead the integration process;
- Implement and create improvements requested by our partners to best optimize their projects;
- Maintain, update, and create needed integration documentation and guidelines for the use of both merchants and internal teams alike;
- Work closely with our business development and optimization teams to make sure our partners have the best possible experience integrating our payment solutions;
- Coordinate and be accessible to our teams located in our different offices.

II. Skills & Competences Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent related experience or studies;
- At least 1 year of experience in the development of software integration solutions, integration flows, web services, and APIs;
- Have a working knowledge and hands-on experience with APIs;
- Experience in software development with at least one web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript);
- Fluent in English, additional language is a plus but not required;
- Ease of traveling to participate in conferences, events, and company-wide training.
