Business Analyst/Product Owner (FinTech/RnD Department) (offline)

Required skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software company
• Conceptual & analytical thinking
• Knowledge of Banking or Fintech business domain is mandatory
• Ability to switch between communication styles between technical and business-oriented audiences
• Ability to translate customer opportunities and pain points into detailed product requirements and have the communication and execution skills to deliver quality output with your team
• Ability to perform a GAP analysis
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
• Experience in defining User flows and
• Knowledge of basic UX principles
• Advanced level of English

As a plus

• Knowledge of the role of a Business Analyst and Product Owner within SCRUM
• Hands-on experience with UML Use Case, Sequence and Activity diagrams
• Experience in mobile app development projects
• Basic knowledge of Marketing in banking domain

• Maintain the backlog
• Directly communicate with external and internal stakeholders to elicit, clarify and prioritize requirements
