Your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing help to platform users and potential customers
Resolving product or service problems
Following up to ensure resolution

Desired qualifications:
Fluent English (B2 and higher)
Service mindset — ability to empathize, put yourself in other people’s shoes, and communicate clearly and directly with customers and in-house team members
Willingness to go above and beyond to help clients
Flexibility in schedule
