Customer Care Agent (offline)

Our product is a sales platform with multiple tools that help marketing and sales teams building outreach campaigns from scratch. Over 1 mln users are currently using Snovio all over the world!

If you are ready and willing to take part in our ambitious plans, we invite you to become our full-time Customer Care Agent!

Your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing help to platform users and potential customers
Resolving product or service problems
Following up to ensure resolution

Desired qualifications:
Fluent English (B2 and higher)
Service mindset — ability to empathize, put yourself in other people’s shoes, and communicate clearly and directly with customers and in-house team members
Willingness to go above and beyond to help clients
Flexibility in schedule
