Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:

3 years of experience in IT Project Management
Manage projects according to the best main practices, methodologies, frameworks - Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Waterfall (PMBoK, Prince, etc.)
Upper-intermediate and higher written and spoken English skills
Strong communication, prioritization, organization, time management and delegation skills
Ability to guide others through complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty
Leadership Qualities

Responsibilities:

Ensuring and following Project Managing methodologies practices including internal existing main approaches
Lead and manage the project team(s) to meet the projects' objectives according to the main constraints
Monitoring project progress, team performance on a regular base. Resolving any issues that arise by removing process bottlenecks and searching for the best decisions which lead to a successful solution
Continuous monitoring and performing risk response based on established risk management approach
Creating and maintaining project documentation, plans, and regular reports to the main stakeholders
Focus on critical project management aspects:
Critical success factors for the project
Tailoring both classic and agile approaches, technics and methods for projects
Project cost Management - manage, analyze and calculate project costs, budget, profitability
Have enough knowledge in business strategies of the project to explain the essential business aspects of a project to the main stakeholders
Participate in strategic planning of the project roadmap with the customer
Forecasting how strategies factors could affect the project
