About the product

ResNet is an Intelligent Asset Relationship Management (ARM) platform designed to provide a multi-disciplinary, integrated, “one-stop-shop” for the maintenance and optimization of oil & gas well production operations. To do so, ResNet strives to aggregate, standardize, and curate all necessary databases & systems, and provide an all inclusive environment where users can access data, dashboards, and dialogue all in one interface/environment.

Our primary customers are Oil & Gas Exploration & Production (E&P) companies. Within E&Ps, our users will encompass the entire production organization — office engineers, field engineers, field personnel, internal customers (different departments — such as Land, Marketing & Midstream, Drilling, Completions, etc.), management, and the executive team.

Our front-end stack is a combination of React, React Native, GraphQL / Apollo, Ramda, Typescript stack running a modern Atomic Design web framework. Mono repository managed by Lerna.js. Code consistency will be managed with Prettier, ESLint, and StyleLint. Unit testing via Enzyme and Husky.
Our back-end stack is a combination of NodeJS / Express.js, GraphQL / Apollo, MongoDB and AWS Docker container hosting services managed by AWS Beanstalk. Our Infrastructure following IaS principles, AWS Cloud Formation use to provision our cloud.
All development work will be managed via JIRA process sprints and Github Git-flow branch management.

What you will do

~ Work closely with functional heads, stakeholders and fellow developers to meet both technical and consume requirements while maintaining regular communication of progress
~ Maintaining and auditing code/design quality as per set guidelines and standards in assigned projects.
~ Assisting in the implementation of the overall front-end web architecture
~ Comfortably operating within an Agile team using SCRUM methodologies
~ Ensuring the UI is built for speed, scalability, reusability, & accessibility
~ Integrating our front-end UI with the back-end API services
~ Managing server-side user authorization and optimal security practices
~ Implementation of RESTful API frameworks
~ Connection, manipulation, and consumption of various SaaS data APIs
~ Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages

About you

~ At least 6 years experience with the end-to-end life cycle of Agile software development.
~ Degree in Computer Science, functional programming is a plus
~ Experience with SaaS software systems, microservices, REST API design
~ Experience with Agile process management systems such as JIRA
~ Experience collaborating via sprint planning, daily standups, ticket management, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives
~ Experience implementing Storybook component stories and unit tests
~ Expert in React, Typescript, Lerna
~ Experience with React Native, GraphQL is a huge plus
~ Ideally, familiarity with AWS
~ Thorough understanding of user experience, containers
~ Experience with Ramda is a huge plus
~ Proficiency with Git and Docker all pluses
~ Appreciation for clean and well-documented code and attention to detail
~ Proactive communication across and within the team
