Data Engineer (offline)

Tasks and responsibilities:
• Design data storing, integration, streaming and analytics architecture
• Data quality improvement
• Extracting data from production, data pipeline functionality
• Real-time dashboards and reporting functionality creation, data gathering and preparation (data lake, DWH)
• Actively contribute to the identification of the problems and their solutions
• Cooperate with Product Owner and remote\distributed dev team

Professional requirements:
• 5+ years of engineering experience, 2+ years working with data in the cloud (ideally using AWS)
• 2+ years of Python experience
• Experience with SQL and comfortable designing, writing, and maintaining complex SQL
• Experience of working with Spark and Storm engines
• Ability to communicate to stakeholders on multiple levels

Be a plus:
• Experience working in cross-functional and cross-border teams
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments
• Experience with fintech
• Pair programming experience
