HR Generalist (offline)

What we’re looking for :

At least 0,5 year of experience in recruitment/researching or HR management in the IT sphere
. Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills
. Experience with payroll, benefits administration and termination process
. Positive attitude
. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
. High level of commitment and accountability
. Conversational level of English (at least, Intermediate)

Your Responsibilities:

. Oversee the full-cycle of recruitment
. Responsible for the admission process and onboarding
. Assist with payroll, benefits administration and termination process
. Implement initiatives and organize team events to boost the team culture in collaboration with the headquarters
. Maintain contact with those in charge of the building and manage all tasks related to the maintenance of the office
. Ensure that the office is organized and has everything employees/ departments need
. Ensure that employees have all the necessary materials to carry out their duties on their first day
. Collaboration with People Operations of other offices to maintain corporate spirit and team unity
. Help with organization of team building and different corporate events
