Junior Project Manager (offline)

Job Description:
2+ years of experience in Project;
- Integration Management;
- Scope Management;
- Schedule management;
- Quality management and Dev quality strategy implementation;
- Resource Management and team development;
- Communication Management;
- Risk Management;
- Stakeholder Management.

- Engineering background in embedded software development domain;
- Experience in running projects of 20+ employees and multiple stakeholders;
- Business Analysis skills - is a plus;
- Good leadership and communication skills;
- Upper-intermediate or advanced English level;
- Motivation for a long term engagement.


Preferences:

- Experience with Medical projects;
- Experience with pre-sales;
- PMP certification.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee a few software development teams working within the same program;
- Drive projects according to client expectations and delivery roadmap;
- Ensure efficient end-to-end delivery on projects;
- Maintain and improve the top quality and secure SW development processes;
- Tightly integrate and collaborate with other project teams which participate in development and testing of the product;
- Manage stakeholders and report status;
- Lead, encourage, motivate, engage, manage, hire and develop the best SW engineering team;
- Support program development and new business development;
- Become a trusted advisor for client stakeholders.
