Senior Automation QA Engineer (offline)

We are inviting a passionate Automation QA Engineer to join our team. You will have an opportunity to grow a strong professional team and build QA full-cycle processes from scratch in Uptech, along with enough freedom & responsibility. Deciphex is a rapidly growing AI technology company, based in Dublin, Ireland developing software applications, for clinical and toxicological pathology as well as providing software solutions for Pharmaceutical companies to accelerate the process of drug development. This product delivers a scalable SAAS platform that supports management, viewing, and AI analysis of pathology images. The company boasts several of the top 10 global pharma as its customers.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in QA role
- Experience in writing API and UI tests
- Strong knowledge in QA processes and test methodologies
- Familiarity with Selenium
- Understanding principles of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Team player who is comfortable operating in a fast and dynamic environment
- At least Upper-Intermediate English level.

As a plus:
- Experience in test automation or leading automation team;
- Experience hiring, training and mentoring other team members to build a strong team around them.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement frameworks to automate software builds, deployments, configurations and testing
- Collaborating with developers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, especially in terms of testability, consistency, and completeness;
- Ensure all projects are shipped on time with maximum quality
- Review project requirements, estimate testing efforts and provide testing strategy;
- Choose and implement testing tools based on project needs;
- Facilitate knowledge sharing between QA engineers;
- Participate in the development of full-cycle projects.
