We are looking to hire a passionate headhunter to lead Petcube’s Talent Acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities: * Your goal #1 will be to build a scalable hiring process, that allows us to quickly find and recruit candidates of varying seniority for various roles that are top 5% on the market. * Your goal #2 will be to expand this process, in order to maintain a bench of candidates, for the roles that are currently filled in the company, but may require a replacement or extension. * Your goal #3 will be an entrepreneurial one, and will depend on your ability to expand the developed process even further. * You will be reporting directly to Yaroslav Azhnyuk, Petcube’s CEO and Co-Founder.
Requirements: * 5+ years in Recruiting * Demonstrated experience of hiring the top 5% candidates * Entrepreneurial spirit * Fluent English
