Junior HR manager (offline)

This is a full-time permanent position in Lviv (flexible hours, remote work is possible).

Required:
— At least 1 year of experience in HR (working experience in IT company or service company is a plus);
— Highly developed listening and communication skills;
— English level: Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate
— Excellent planning, time-management, organization, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills;
— Ability to take the whole ownership for the work;
— High level of teamwork and networking;
— Problem-solving and negotiating skills;
— Energetic, initiative and very well-organized person.

What you will be doing:
— Establishing and supporting HR processes (onboarding, adaptation, retention, performance review, probation period control, etc.);
— Planning of Learning and Development activities (L&D budget planning and control)
— Manage company benefits, measure their effectiveness and recommend improvements;
— Participate in the development of our HR brand strategy and measure success;
— Supporting company values and team spirit;
— Manage employee communication and feedback;
— Participate in growing corporate culture;
— Collaborate with Delivery Managers in order to enhance job satisfaction within teams and ensure employee retention;
— Manage office deliveries;
— Organization of corporate events/activities. Manage full-circle internal events process (including planning, budgeting, working with vendors, events promotion, and feedback);
— Analyze and report on various data connected to the HR processes.
