QA manual (offline)

You will have to be a Quality Control “gate” that ensures that everything works perfectly fine before it is shown to the customer.

Here is more detailed list of responsibilities:

● Coordinate and run the installation of the Brightfin application.

● Configure ServiceNow instance/access rights/Brightfin processes.

● Carry out analysis of requirements, create and manage tasks in the task management application.

● Collaborate with the DEV/Product team about the developed functionality. Assure that the functionality is aligned with what customer expects.

● Support application upgrades.

● Create End-user/Customization guides.

● Prepare detailed test plans and test cases using Brightfin or Customer’s rules/templates.

● Run testing/UAT together with the customer, ensure that the functionality works as expected.

● Troubleshoot testing failures.

● Deliver new developed features to PROD following all the Customer’s rules.

Your skills:

● Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study (Technical) or equivalent work experience.

● Mixed experience as QA/Technical engineer.

● Knowledge and experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models, Agile methodologies, methodologies is highly required.

● Strong analytical and problem skills as well as attention to details.

● Excel - experienced user that able to manipulate data effectively.

● Good team player, motivated to develop and solve complex tasks.

● Positive attitude and professional manner in all interactions; demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

● English skills — Upper Intermediate.

● Self-motivated, self-disciplined and result-oriented.

Nice to have:

● Some knowledge/experience with JavaScript

● ServiceNow knowledge/background.
