You will have to be a Quality Control βgateβ that ensures that everything works perfectly fine before it is shown to the customer.
Here is more detailed list of responsibilities:
β Coordinate and run the installation of the Brightfin application.
β Configure ServiceNow instance/access rights/Brightfin processes.
β Carry out analysis of requirements, create and manage tasks in the task management application.
β Collaborate with the DEV/Product team about the developed functionality. Assure that the functionality is aligned with what customer expects.
β Support application upgrades.
β Create End-user/Customization guides.
β Prepare detailed test plans and test cases using Brightfin or Customerβs rules/templates.
β Run testing/UAT together with the customer, ensure that the functionality works as expected.
β Troubleshoot testing failures.
β Deliver new developed features to PROD following all the Customerβs rules.
Your skills:
β Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study (Technical) or equivalent work experience.
β Mixed experience as QA/Technical engineer.
β Knowledge and experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models, Agile methodologies, methodologies is highly required.
β Strong analytical and problem skills as well as attention to details.
β Excel - experienced user that able to manipulate data effectively.
β Good team player, motivated to develop and solve complex tasks.
β Positive attitude and professional manner in all interactions; demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
β English skills β Upper Intermediate.
β Self-motivated, self-disciplined and result-oriented.
