Looking for a Lead recruiter to join a German outstaffing company with headoffice in Kiev

Over 5+ years of experience in recruiting and experience driving metrics-driven talent initiatives, with a particular focus on IT industry
2+ years of being in a leadership role and managing technical recruiting team
Experience in developing a successful recruitment strategy and plan
Familiarity with various assessment techniques and tools
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Upper-Intermediate English
Big personal candidates database
Experience in outstaffing

Design and execute recruiting strategy to attract, evaluate and hire top talents of game development industry
