Project manager (offline)

Key objectives/ responsibilities:

- Ability to translate business requirements to functional ones.
- Assistance with new projects estimates in collaboration with the other team members.
- Ability to create and manage project plans, timetables, client status reports as well as external and internal documentation, deliverables tracking.
- Team and client management (incl. Jira tool).
- Multiple projects’ management.
- Budget management.
- Direct development process control and provision of efficient timely feedback.
- Constant improvement of internal project management processes.

Professional/ soft skills:

- At least 1 year of working with teams and clients in the IT-sphere.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle project management techniques, ability to estimate,
track, and refine projects;
- Understanding of software development lifecycle;
- You are proactive, enjoy teamwork, and engage team members in various phases of
a project.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, attention to detail.
- Taking the responsibility for deadlines, deliverables, decisions personally made.
- To be flexible and very stress-tolerant, willing to learn and improve.
- Upper-intermediate English (both written and spoken).
- We're looking for an in-house onsite team member.
