Full Stack Developer (JavaScript) (offline)

Their management platform makes it easier to manage crew training, track each member’s compliance, and other tools to help small and mid-size aviation companies. With our help, the customer successfully transitioned to the Google Cloud environment and currently in the process of modernization of its core application and transition to microservice-oriented architecture.

You are expected to write clean, maintainable code and advocate JavaScript best practices, great usability, and exceptional quality.

You are supposed to have:
- 1+ years of commercial JavaScript experience;
- Experience with Node.js / Express.js or other modern JS frameworks;
- Knowledge: React;
- Experience with SQL (MySQL preferred), NoSQL (E.g. Mongo) and RDBMS data modeling, key-value stores (E.g. Redis);
- At least strong intermediate in verbal and written English, good communication skills.

Will be a plus:
- Basic knowledge: HTML / CSS;
- Working before with Material UI;
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.

You will be responsible for:
- Developing service-oriented (microservice) applications from scratch as well as migrating existing codebase to microservices;
- Requirement analysis, task decomposition, estimation, and implementation;
- Enforce code quality standards and conduct code reviews;
- Maintain extensible codebase and ensure proper test coverage of core functionality;
- Communicate with main stakeholders.
