Senior and Middle QA Engineers (offline) $1500-3000

We’re looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join the project of our US-based partner. The software is aimed to support scientific research on different phases of this research. Now, it is deploying to AWS. Our clients provide an integrated suite of SaaS solutions that improve collaboration between researchers and administrators, help mitigate compliance risks, and simplify every stage of the research lifecycle.

As a Senior Manual QA Engineer, you will work closely with a development team to deliver quality features for the Research Suite.

Responsibilities:
Assist in defining test strategies and test plans to test customer facing products in the Research suite
Review requirements and create test cases based on requirements and acceptance criteria
Apply black box and white box testing techniques to design and build functional, integration and regression test suites
Leverage qTest test management to document test cases and provide test execution reports
Write automated tests built on existing API and UI test automation frameworks, extending the frameworks as necessary
Actively participate during all stages of the development lifecycle influencing specific project outcomes with the goal of preventing defects from escaping to production
Actively drive increased test and code coverage
Provide and meet time estimates for assigned quality engineering activities
Act with a sense of urgency and flexibility to achieve critical milestones

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as Test Engineer
Willing to learn one object-oriented language, e.g., Java, JavaScript or C# and one scripting language
Track record testing distributed systems ideally in a cloud-based, highly available, SaaS environment
Experience working on a scrum team, including knowledge of agile development and quality practices
Advanced knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques
Ability to work independently
Ability to think outside the box
English level – Intermediate or high
