IT Researcher (offline)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Desire and motivation to develop in IT recruiting;
- English from Upper - intermediate (work in an international team);
- Negotiation skills and of work with objections;
- Knowledge of programming technology differences;
- Ability to learn quickly, multitasking performance;
- Diligence, proactivity, and responsibility.

WILL BE A PLUS:
- Practical sales experience — will be a big advantage
- Previous experience with foreign markets (Europe, Latin America)

SCOPE OF DUTIES:
- Active participation in the closing of IT positions;
- Building relationships with candidates, keeping in touch with potential candidates via e-mail, Skype, LinkedIn, etc.;
- Maintenance of candidate base;
- Market research.
