Affiliate Manager (offline)

The project is related to cryptocurrencies, so knowledge in this area is a must. The position is creative and requires full involvement, hard work. We are looking for someone who has a lot of influence and likes to find creative solutions.

Your main tasks:

- Attract partners to the project (find and contact our potential partners)
- Explain the benefits of the platform, and persuade to put our project above competitors in the lists (and watch search results for our competitors)
- Analyze our projects, in order to understand exactly what the benefits we have
- Order press releases, oversee their publication
- Correspond with more people
- Resolve questions that arise with new partners
- Find new advertising opportunities
- Negotiate the publication of links, articles and press releases
- Take proactive steps to reach goals
- Track the effectiveness of your own actions

Candidate Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience
- English proficiency: C1 or higher (conversational)
- You are a self-starter in sales and constantly learning how to improve your own effectiveness
- Experience in the Gambling industry will be a plus
- Experience of working with Influencers is a must
- Experience in financial products promotion will be an advantage
- Experience in SaaS products promotion would be great
- Minimum understanding of SEO
- You are on a first-name basis with digital marketing, you know how it should be and can perform it
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Clear and concise writing skills
- Understanding of user conversion
- You should not be new to the terms: conversion, affiliate marketing, CPA, cookies, affiliate programs, tracking, do-follow links‍
- Desire to grow your skills
- Energy, speed, logical thinking and fast implementation
- Fast internet, a comfortable workplace for constant work and a computer for efficient work
- Self-motivation. The product is interesting and in demand. So there is more than enough room for action.
- A penchant for learning and self-expression of ideas. All innovative solutions that come to your mind we are happy to discuss and evaluate!
