Required skills

— 1+ year of experience in a similar position
— Experience with different tools for sourcing (X-Ray, Boolean search etc.)
— Experience using several channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media, internal database)
— At least Pre-Intermediate level of spoken and written English
— Responsible and self-organized
— Experience in working with digital-sources of candidates research
— Understanding of technical terminology and ability to discuss requirements with candidates

— Prescreen and present appropriate candidates to the Recruiter
— Monitor the job market
— Search for talents using several channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media, internal database etc.)
— Communicate with candidates on a daily

We work with really big data. We store, process, transform, and search on tons of fuzzy structured data sets using NoSQL, in-memory storages, Hadoop, distributed storing, complex data sharding, replication algorithms, etc.

We face strong algorithmic challenges, like tree and graph processing, search algorithms, multidimensional optimization tasks, machine learning algorithms etc.
