Billing system provides ability to do payments (direct work with payment gateways). Do a domain registration (direct work with registrars). It allows manage and configure billing process, Product's prices, one-time/ recurrent billing, ets.(thru REST and Soap API).

Main Responsibilities:
- Setup new billing reports
- Configure new partners

Mandatory Requirements:
- Perl experience half of the year

English level: Pre-intermediate
