Middle Scrum Master (offline)

Job Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role;
— In-depth knowledge of Scrum and/or Kanban;
— Understanding backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, task definition, decision making, and the use of Jira;
— Effective in driving cross-team challenges to conclusion/resolution;
— Relevant Certifications (eg PSM);
— Upper-Intermediate English level, written and spoken.

About project:
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team in the Lviv office to work with our client: a Dutch fintech company that delivers SaaS products for analyzing and forecasting financial results with the help of AI algorithms.

The Levi9 team is involved in the end-to-end development of several areas of the product and has multiple mixed teams, which requires contributing to the Scrum process and managing development activities.
