Head Of QA (offline)

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATE:
• 10+ years of experience in IT including testing, project management,
business analysis, etc;
• Over 5 years of people management experience (15+ team members);
• Over 2 years of QA/Test Manager or/and project management
experience (for medium-to-large software development projects with a
variety of software development methodologies);
• Experience in automated testing;
• Experience in building QA processes, rules, policies and standards;
• Experience in team leadership and mentoring;
• Hands-on experience of technical interviews and team formation;
• Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and teamwork skills;
• Be an independent, self-motivated leader who is able to motivate
people, instill accountability and achieve results;
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment;
• Upper-intermediate English.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leading the QA department;
• Analyzing and optimization of testing processes;
• Developing a test strategy and planning quality control procedures;
• Manage and mentor members of QA engineering team to build a highly
professional and motivated group;
• Allocate engineers with the right skill set to client projects ensuring
adequate project staffing;
• Track and report on resource utilization identifying any resource
imbalances and meeting the team’s billable utilization goals;
• Define and enforce standards and tools for QA activities;
