Intermediate/Senior Recruiter (offline)

Qualifications and experience:
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a corporate IT recruiter
- Understanding of a software development company functions
- Ability to drive the full cycle recruitment process, solid understanding of technical terminology
- Proficiency in a diverse sourcing toolkit and recruiting technologies
- Wide networking and good understanding of the local IT community
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business correspondence skills
- Ability to work independently on a variety of concurrent projects in a time-sensitive environment
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in setting up recruitment processes from scratch
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Experience with different recruitment process automation tools
- Experience with the Google suite products and MS Office tools

Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with businesses to identify job requirements and develop effective position profiles and candidate specs
- Develop dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and candidates to find the best talent
- Headhunt, close senior and/or executive level candidates and negotiate complex compensation packages
- Coordinate onsite and offsite interviews, handle the schedule, hotel, and travel for out-of-state candidates
- Use traditional and experimental methods to find the best candidates for open roles, improve recruitment processes
- Represent Dev-Pro at various events, promote corporate vision, culture and encourage the overall morale at the company
- Devise strategies to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
- Maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system
