Our mission is to bring added value to our partners and dealing with dynamic challenges, advanced sourcing methods, and the E2E Recruitment process.

As part of the MoveUp team, you will

• Drive end-to-end sourcing & recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers in order to find the best candidates and drive them through the hiring process
• Leverage the latest sourcing tools and methods
• Craft and engage with passive candidates

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Self-starter, customers oriented and result-driven
• Ability to multi-task and manage a number of 5 - 7 open roles in parallel
• Awesome interpersonal skills, good written and spoken English
• Experience in creating an amazing candidate experience
• Passion for technology
