We are looking for a visionary Director for Fintech Vertical Practice

Intellias strategy is built around accumulation of capabilities and expertise in selected set of focus industries. Banking and Financial Services industry is one of these. We are looking for a visionary Director for Fintech Vertical Practice who will be responsible for:
- As a member of cross-functional group lead development of value proposition and go-to-market strategy for Fintech Industry.
- Serve as internal stakeholder for marketing activities in Finceh industry: validate content ideas, help refine targeting and provide first level of market feedback to the team.
- Participate in promotional activities including speaking on conferences, attending events, publishing content.
- Selectively support sales process for strategic deals: from qualification of the leads to final negotiations and deal closure.
- Support post-sales account development and growth.

- At least 10 years of experience of work in or sales to Banking and Financial Services Industry with focus on software/tech. Candidates with international experience are preferred.
- Experience selling to or interacting with European and North American customers, deep understanding of their culture and business practices
Deep understanding of BFS industry structure, key players, relationship between them and internal dynamics such as budgeting and investment cycles.
- Good understanding of BFS/Fintech software ecosystem
- Good understanding of modern software development practices and processes, both industry-specific and generic (e.g. Agile, DevOps).
- Great communication and presentation skills. Fluent English is a must, German will be a big plus.
- Demonstrable understanding of IT Outsourcing industry, its business models, sales cycle and markets
- Experience in B2B software services business development will be a big plus.
- Proven ability to deal with prospects (at C/VP/Director level), and close deals with large enterprises.
- Existing network of potential buyers within global BFS/Fintech industry will be a big plus.
- Ability to grow, develop and maintain personal relationship with a network of potential buyers.
- Ability to operate efficiently in remote context, as a part of international, geographically distributed and multicultural team.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
- Good understanding of modern B2B sales techniques: from marketing to negotiation and post-sales account development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to take risks and operate in conditions of high uncertainty.
- Technical background will be a plus
