L3 support engineer (relocation to Cyprus) (offline)

✅ Requirements:
✔️ SQL (confident or advanced);
✔️Experience with databases;
✔️Experience with JSON, XML;
✔️Experience, and ability to read logs;
✔️Basic ability to read code.

✔️ Implementation of technical support for our products;
✔️Changing site settings, viewing and reading logs, identifying problems, reading requests and viewing the database if necessary;
✔️The main task for a person in this position: changing and setting configurations for brands, tracking errors and fixing them.
