Business Analyst (offline)

What would you be doing:
β—† Elicit business and product objectives and translate into the solution and implementation requirements;
β—† Decompose and elaborate requirements according to business priorities;
β—† Prepare technical backlog with developers, maintain the lifecycle of the issues and drive sprint planning, support functionality till production;
β—† Analyze and verify feature requests from the stakeholders, define required changes;
β—† Communicate requirements to the development team on the required level of details.

What we are expecting from you:
β—† 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;
β—† Experience in working with the development team, executives and top management, and customers in a product company;
β—† Experience in writing user stories, use cases, requirements specification documentation;
β—† Experience in creating UML diagrams and requirements gathering;
β—† Attention to details, ability to efficiently collect and transform unstructured information into clear requirements;
β—† At least Upper-Intermediate level of English;
β—† Fundamental knowledge of and practical experience with various business analysis knowledge areas, techniques, responsibilities and activities;
β—† Knowledge and experience with Agile and Scrum-based development methodologies;
β—† Experience in creating and maintaining clear and concise requirements documentation;
β—† Excellent communication skills demonstrating a proactive approach at all levels with Developers, QA, and Stakeholders.
