Head of PPC Department (offline) $1200-4000

Responsibilities you will take:
Build a team (10 people now + small growth planned due to increased workload);
Assist as an expert in media planning, setting up, launching, maintaining and optimizing advertising campaigns with a focus on results;
Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, conducting audits of current projects to identify problem points and points of growth;
Checking and setting KPI in the department for all projects;
Systematization and automation of business processes in the department;
Communicating with allied department heads such as development and sales to resolve critical issues.

The Requirements you should meet:
Experience in working as a contextual advertising manager (deputy) or a group of managers from 1 year is a must!
Experience in e-commerce, travel will be an advantage;
Experience in configuring and running advertising campaigns in Yandex.Direct and Google Ads, FB/Insta, VK as well as knowledge of systems analytics Yandex.Metrika and Google Analytics, Mytarget are necessary!

Would be great, if you have:
Experience in using contextual advertising automation system in your work
Experience in working with Key Collector, Direct.Commander, Google.Ads Editor;
Experience in call-tracking and setting up tracking conversions (CallTouch, CallTracking, CoMagic, etc.);
Experience in setting up detailed end-to-end analytics or being part of a team that has done so.
