Consultant for Hr department (offline)
Requirements:
1. 1+ years of experience as HR /Recruitment Lead in IT
2. Understanding the development IT industry trends
3. Providing an efficient recruiting strategy for hiring IT talents
4. Full Life Cycle Recruiting
5. Organizing and implementing a full cycle of HR service to the teams, including onboarding, retention tools, training and development strategies
6. English level: Intermediate and higher
Optional Requirements:
1. Mentorship experience
2. HR Speaker experience
Responsibilities:
1. Consulting on the research and recruiting IT specialists of all levels and different fields depending on the difficulty according to the given requirements
2. Guiding the recruiter during all stages of the Recruitment process and analysis of the work performance
3. Identification of the weaknesses in the Recruitment process and providing suggestions for the performance improvement
4. Development and coordination of the implementation of HR processes
5. Consulting during the onboarding period (induction, adaptation), talent development (skills trainings for employees and team leaders), effective management (evaluation, employee performance review)
6. Consulting on the development and future promotion of the company’s branding
