Customer Engagement Analyst (offline)

For a project with our client 1010data, we are currently looking for a Customer Engagement Analyst.

1010data travels at the speed of thought to make Big Data discovery easy; they power sub-second responses to analyses run on billions of rows of data. 1010data is defining the way the world interacts with data.

An essential tool to more than 700 of the world’s top retail, manufacturing, telecom, government, and financial services enterprises including Shell, Nespresso, Dollar General, P&G, and RiteAid; the 1010data platform is a highly differentiated product that is becoming the industry standard for Big Data Discovery and Data Sharing. 

What you will take on:

-Creat answers to client-driven business problems involving big data (>10s of billions of rows) by designing high-performance solutions for Enterprise-level customers (biggest Fortune 200 US retail companies);
-Deliver on client's data analytics needs via 1010data implementation processes in Agile methodology;
-Develop and documenting end user-facing applications;
-Quality assurance - manual testing;
-Assist with maintenance and support of client's 1010data products and environment;
-Use an XML-based query language paired with 1010data's proprietary platform.


You will be bringing…

A first professional experience, in a data analyst, consulting, or similar role;
-Experience working with databases (large amounts of data preferred);
-Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner;
-Demonstrated elite critical thinking skills when solving unstructured problems;
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
-Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities;
-Fluency in English;
-BA/BS degree in STEM or other quantitative fields.
