Project Coordinator / Junior Project manager (offline)

Requirements

0,5+ years of experience in IT as a project manager or project coordinator is a must
Experience with Jira, Confluence and project management software
Experience in working with distributed teams
Ability of multi-tasking and work on several projects simultaneously
Ability to prioritize and to control the deadlines
High level of understanding of full-cycle project management
Expirience in Reporting and Risk management
Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English

Recommended Experience

Experience in outstaff
Experience with foreign customers

Responsibilities

Perform project management activities related to project lifecycle through all phases
Communicate directly with customers and management about the project
Monitoring tasks performance and project implementation processes
Prepearing reports ( budgets, working hours, risks, etc)
Client expectations management, conflicts resolution
