Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
— 3+ year of proven experience as Project Manager;
— Experience in web/mobile application development management;
— Strong understanding of SDLC;
— Strong understanding of Agile Methodology and its frameworks;
— Fluent English, with good communication and reporting skills;
— Requirements management, backlog tracking
— Knowledge of project and team performance metrics;
— Good problem-solving skills;
— Experience in working with Jira and Confluence, other tracking systems;
— Experience in Customer relations and expectations management, Change management, Budget management, and Estimation techniques;
— Advanced English.

Nice to have:
— Higher, Computer Science or Application Development education;
— Technical background (QA/Developer/BA preferable);
— Experience in pre-sales activities such as requirements elicitation, estimation;
— Understanding of PMI stages/approaches.

Responsibilities:
— Handle projects successfully (within budget/scope/time/quality constraints);
— Facilitate methodology decision making throughout the team, including standardization of project management approaches, PM software
tools, best practices, metrics;
— Plan for team growth considering the level of skills required within the team. To make sure that all training and support that team members require is delivered internally or externally;
— Make sure estimates take into account all possible risks and contain the appropriate contingency;
— Assist in resourcing decisions (who can be taken to work on the project, etc.);
— Ensure your knowledge of project management is kept up to date and relevant by networking/researching/reading blogs and news sources, attending meet-ups, etc.;
— Efficiently manage your workload;
— Assist in critical support issues where your experience is required;
— Support the business development team with pre-sales activities;
— Contribute regularly to discussions regarding the internal process and system improvements in order to ensure maximum efficiency across
the company.
