Digital Marketing service desk (offline)

Responsibilities:

1. Operate our global CMS to create, edit, and correct webpages
2. Proactively adapt multi-language content to match local subsidiary needs
3. Proofread, set up, and test emails and newsletters in our marketing automation platform
4. Add and update product information in our customer-facing digital assets
5. Provide tier 1 support to solve our global marketing community needs

Required Skills:

1. High-level English (reading, writing, and speaking). Additional languages - advantage
2. Relevant education is an advantage (marketing, computer)
3. Great people skills and service orientation (experience in giving service in a call center, sales, or any customer-facing position)
4. Independent, self-starter
5. Digitally savvy and great computer skills
6. Fast learner
