In this role, you will be part of the Product Marketing team. This team’s goal is to understand the needs of our audience and develop long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Required skills
● 2+ years of experience managing websites, LPO/CRO
● At least upper-intermediate English
● Work experience for US/EU markets
● Strong experience driving A/B testing and website optimization
● You have expertise using web analytics
● You created & launched new websites
● You have experience creating website customer journey maps
● You have experience and understand the best practices of web UX.
● You’re always up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in website UX/UI and general digital marketing
● You’re able to work under tight deadlines, manage competitive priorities
● You like a collaboration with multiple departments including Copy, Design, Web Development, BI, etc.
● You have hands-on experience with the clear formalization of tasks for execution (Jira Tickets, Specifications)
● You are confident in your presentation skills (you’re like a Master of Google Slides, Excel/Spreadsheets & like Jedi of
Figma — can do low fidelity mockups to communicate the ideas)

● Creating new web pages and websites from scratch and optimizing existing pages for higher conversion rates.
● To ideate, specify, execute and run complex experiments such A\B tests, cross-sell & upsell programs, promo
campaigns, etc.
● Conducting competitors, market, and customer research for driving new data-informed ideas and initiatives
● Conducting various research required, and identify insights that will help you define the best value proposition and
differentiated consumer product positioning by persona, channel, or region.
