Business Development Manager (offline)

Required skills:
β€” 2+ years of IT sales experience with a proven track record of meeting performance objectives (revenue targets, pipeline targets, etc.);
β€” Excellent spoken and written English (Advanced);
β€” Experience selling software solutions, staff augmentation, and/or development services at the C-level to the global customers;
β€” Good understanding of the Northern American and/or European and/or Middle East markets and ability to manage and grow operations there;
β€” Ability to work independently, without supervision;
β€” Articulate, excellent presentation and communication skills as well as strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive results;
β€” Hands-on experience in outbound campaigns and leads acquisition with proven deals closure result;
β€” Ability to work remotely both independently and within a team.

Will be an advantage:
β€” Proficient in CRM systems;
β€” Ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships in a complex hierarchical corporate environment.

Responsibilities:
β€” Accountable for the full-cycle sales process from lead generation to contract close;
β€” Lead the client acquisition process, identify clients’ real needs and work closely with the technical pre-sales team and the delivery organization to drive the RFI/RFP process;
β€” Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotas;
β€” Outbound lead acquisition and deals closure
β€” Be able to work independently, rigorous, detail-oriented, critical thinker, and performance-driven.
β€” You will be guided by our Sales development team and provided with all necessary support.
β€” Daily surfing Upwork feed in search of leads and potential clients
β€” Creating selling proposals and customized messages
β€” Managing clients: working with the needs and requests, managing objections, preparing follow-ups;
β€” Updating and maintaining company database of qualified leads and manage lead tracking;
β€” Identifying new prospects and sales opportunities.
