Java Technical Lead (offline) $3500-4500

Requirements:

» Previous experience as a Technical Leader (at least 2 years)
» Experience in object-oriented software development with Java Spring stack
» Experience with webservices in Java (axis, jax-ws etc) and application servers (Widly, Tomcat etc)
» Familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries (jQuery, knockoutjs, ReactJS), CSS3, HTML5
» Familiar with code management system like GitHub
» Good analytical skills
» Innovative, flexible, and have a can-do attitude
» Excellent communication skills in English
» Experience with Microservices


Responsibilities:

» Understand business goals, understand projects’ technologies and their evolution
» Participate in finding solutions to functional/technical issues with developers and performing code review
» Hands-on experience on coding
» Working closely with the development team and with the customer
» Coordinate with development team to drive the products’ development
» Build consensus from multiple lines of business
» Prioritize features and identify risks
» Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
» Keep a constant positive connection with the client
» Serve as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource.
» Support continuous improvement of projects by investigating alternatives and technologies
