Senior Project manager (offline)

Our Expectations

Required
● 5+ years of solid experience in managing projects in IT outsourcing companies;
● Experience delivering enterprise-level solutions, at least 2 fully participated and successfully delivered commercial projects;
● Experience in close cooperation and collaboration with Project Management Office;
● Good understanding of Scaled Agile frameworks and software development life-cycle;
● Good Client Management and Relationship Management skills;
● Flexibility in decision-making;
● Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business Management or a related field;
● Excellent spoken and written English (at least: upper-intermediate).

Nice to have
● Hands-on experience of managing 20+ people teams;
● SAFe, Less, PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP certifications;
● Strong technical background;
● Experience in Business Domains: Elearning, Healthcare, Ecommerce & Retail;
● Tech Domains: Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Data, AR/VR.

Your Responsibilities
● Direct and manage project work using best project management practices and techniques;
● Establish and refine service delivery processes to ensure consistency and quality;
● Manage cross-functional development team(s) and monitoring their performance;
● Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost-effective;
● including streamlining projects and managing project profitability and risks;
● Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
● Work closely with the client to manage his expectation and to achieve the project goals and objectives;
● Create project plans and monitor their execution;
● Report to the client and ITRex leadership;
● Help to grow project management processes within Delivery Management office;
● Participate in pre-sales activities and RFP’s.
